Teaching with love

       This week, Deepthi Ma'am observed my class while I delivered Lesson Plan 4, where I focused on engaging students and rewarding those who participated actively with small gifts. Alongside teaching, I took on various duties throughout the day, including morning, noon, and evening responsibilities, to ensure smooth school operations. Additionally, I observed Neeraj and Athira's classes in 8D and 9C, which provided me with valuable insights into different teaching methods. The week was a learning experience, helping me refine my teaching skills and classroom management.

 We started our journey with lots of wishes and plans.  First experience of teaching in my life. Our team      This week has been a whirlwind of activity, from the Teacher's Day celebration where students took over the classes to a nonstop schedule filled with substitution periods. Despite the constant busyness, I never received any substitution in 9B, a class I find particularly challenging. The exhaustion from managing different classes and the ongoing struggle with classroom control has made me realize how much I still need to improve. Class management remains a significant challenge, and the relentless pace has left me feeling worn out, highlighting the demands of being a trainee teacher.
